Environmentally formulated
TRIDENT is the newest generation multi-purpose synthetic fire foam concentrate. This formulation signifies our commitment in protecting our environment. Trident has been environmentally formulated, contains no hazardous materials and only comprises organic compounds. TRIDENT concentrate is formulated to prevent additional environmental hazards when applied to a fire.
The capacity of Trident to produce a stable heat resistant and self-sealing blanket provides a superior performance. The special formulated Trident concentrate has a dramatically reduced viscosity compared to other foam concentrates. The viscosity enables Trident to be used in all types of foam proportioning systems, from in-line educators and standard foam equipment. Trident can be pre-mixed and the required percentage rate and will not separate.
TRIDENT is biodegradable, non-corrosive and facilitates the immediate dissipation of heat from the burning material by combining several different operating mechanisms with previously unknown efficiency.
The new technology for separating the hydrocarbon molecules on a molecular basis neutralises flammable liquids; even explosive liquids are extinguished immediately after wetting which in turn largely prevents the re-ignition effect. An additional, stable foam film that floats on a membrane also reliably separates the oxygen from the burning material and the flammable vapours.
TRIDENT may be used on a vast range of Class A and Class B fires. Typical applications include warehouse, spills, storage tanks, loading docks, loading racks, process areas, airports & military applications.
The synthetic fire foam property gives TRIDENT an excellent fire extinguishing speed when directly applied to hydrocarbon fires, i.e. applied directly to the surface of the burning product using a fire hose or monitor in the solid jet position making it possible to fight the fire from a distance.
TRIDENT multi-Purpose concentrate consists in generating a protective gel film on the surface of all types of flammable liquids including polar solvents. This film also provides excellent resistance to re-ignition.
Applicable on hydrocarbon fires such as fuel, diesel oil, petrol, kerosene, etc.
Compatible with all equipment available and with all dosage systems (contains corrosion inhibitors).
